Double Standard?

The Democrats savaged President Bush for not doing enough to help Katrina victims.

Will they apply the same standard to fellow Democrat President Obama?

The jury is still out, but right now the Dems seem to be cutting him some slack.

Meanwhile, most of New Orleans and St. Bernard Parish still resembles a third world country. If a major program to pay victims fair value for their losses is not undertaken soon, the situation will only get worse. Over three and one-half years have passed since Katrina, how much longer must the victims wait for justice so long denied?
