Katrina Victims: Justice is Coming

The Los Angeles Times today ran on their opinion pages my indictment of The Army Corps of Engineers' lack of accountability in the construction and oversight of America's Levee System... which we are watching once again kill our citizens as it washes away their lives in the Midwest, just as it did in New Orleans after Katrina.
